Our heads of department build the crew themselves, before the production starts. Between us, we bring over 20 years of production management: commercials, corporate films, foreign productions. Long enough to know a set moves at the pace of people who know each other.
A production is decided before the first take, when you choose who’ll be there.
ONETEAM grew out of those years on set: commercials, corporate films, foreign productions shooting in Morocco. The same lesson kept coming back: the good days are the ones where everyone knows their job, and the job of the person next to them.
When we set up in Casablanca, we started from that rather than from a list of services. Our network covers every role in production and post: camera, lighting, sound, art department, logistics, editing, colour, mix. For each film, we draw on it for the crew that fits, whatever the format, scale or timeline.
That’s where the name comes from. ONETEAM: talented people who, for the length of a production, work as a single team.
